East Tennessee has two Parade of Homes events in 2026, run by two different home builders associations three weeks apart. They are separate events, with separate homes, separate dates and separate hours.
Both are free. There are no tickets and no registration. You drive to the homes you want to see and walk through them at your own pace, with builders on site to answer questions.
Turner Homes builds in both markets and is showing homes in each. Full detail for the market you are looking in:
Run by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga.
Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sunday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM.
Run by the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville, across Knox and the surrounding counties.
Noon–5:00 PM every day.
In Knoxville, Turner is showing model homes at Bennett Village in Maryville, Luna Ridge in Lenoir City and The Haven at Hardin Valley in Knoxville.
In the Chattanooga area, Turner builds at James Creek in Ooltewah.

Both events are open to the public at no cost. Arrive at any participating home during open hours.
Homes are spread across multiple neighborhoods. There is no shuttle and no set route — pick the homes you want to see and plan your own drive.
Someone from each builder is in the home to answer questions about construction, finishes, pricing and lot availability.
These are homes in real neighborhoods, not a venue. Park considerately and follow each builder's instructions about shoes and photography.
