Community Connection
Held over three weekends in October, the Parade is a chance to explore some of the region’s most beautiful new homes. Thousands attend each year to get inspired, connect with local builders, and see firsthand the latest in home design and craftsmanship.

The Magnolia at Farmstead
Now in its 44th year, the 2025 Parade will feature homes across East Tennessee—from affordable starter homes to luxury builds.
This year, Turner is proud to showcase the Magnolia floor plan in our Farmstead community in Lenoir City. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,122 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the Magnolia blends comfort, style, and functionality.
