Turner Homes, one of East Tennessee’s largest and most experienced home builders, has announced its upcoming move to a new office location, 11820 Kingston Pike in Knoxville. Turner Homes and affiliated companies will be operating in the new space as of January 2026.
The office will house employees from Turner Homes, Woody Creek Realty, Clouds Rest Development, and Fortress Title Group. “These teams work together to create an integrated and seamless homebuying experience for customers,” said Lisa Stridde, vice president of operations at Turner. “Bringing them together in person will help streamline operations and create a more seamless experience for employees, customers, and partners.”
The new space is intentionally designed to foster collaboration, featuring areas for teams to plan, brainstorm, and work together. The location also offers outdoor space for company-wide gatherings and events. Patio tables will provide additional outdoor workspaces, and newly added garage doors along the back wall will bring in fresh air and natural light.
“We couldn’t be more excited about our new office and what it means for our company and over 100 employees,” said Andrew Fraser, president at Turner Homes. “The space is designed to bring our teams together in a way that strengthens collaboration and reflects the culture we’ve worked hard to build.”
With operations in both Knoxville and Chattanooga, Turner Homes builds more than 300 homes each year. We currently have homes available in eight local communities, with additional communities in active development. Home offerings range from attached townhomes to upscale, semi-custom single-family designs. All homes are professionally curated by Turner’s in-house design team, with customization options available for select pre-construction purchases.
