Turner Homes Celebrates Growth
Turner Homes recently brought together more than 100 team members for our annual Town Hall, a day dedicated to celebrating accomplishments, sharing updates, and looking ahead to the future. This year's event was especially meaningful, held at the site of what will soon become our new Turner Homes headquarters.
Throughout the day, each department shared highlights from the past year, from milestones achieved to new initiatives on the horizon. Presentations sparked great discussion and excitement about what's next across all areas of the company. A lively sticky-hand game added some friendly competition, while a taco buffet fueled the fun. Most importantly, the Town Hall offered a rare opportunity for all employees - from both the field and the office - to come together under one roof, reflecting on a year of growth and shared success.
A Theme of 3s
In his remarks, President Andrew Fraser highlighted the theme, “Good things come in 3’s,” a fitting reflection of how Turner Homes has evolved into a multifaceted, integrated organization. Our business model itself is built on three interconnected entities – Turner Homes, Woody Creek Realty, and Clouds Rest Development – each playing a vital role in our ability to develop, build, and sell/rent homes.
- Clouds Rest Development identifies, entitles, and develops land for new communities.
- Turner Homes plans, builds, warrants, and sells homes on these properties.
- Woody Creek Realty helps clients buy, sell, rent, and invest in these homes – while Woody Creek Property Management oversees the rental portfolio.
Together, these three pillars ensure that Turner Homes delivers quality, value, and consistency across every stage of the homeownership journey.
Structured for Growth
Our organizational model also reflects this principle of three, with teams organized into Sales, Operations, and Finance – each contributing to the company’s overall strength.
- Sales includes our sales, design, and marketing teams.
- Operations encompasses the build, data, human resources, and warranty/quality control teams.
- Finance includes accounting, finance, and purchasing.
This structure allows for clear collaboration, accountability, and alignment across every project and initiative.
3 Ways We Build Community
Turner Homes’ communities are developed under three distinct build divisions, each offering a unique living experience for different needs and lifestyles:
- Townhomes: Attached homes with thoughtful layouts and professional finishes that combine convenience and style.
- Reserve: Detached single-family homes designed for affordability and choice, offering a variety of floor plans and curated design options.
- Summit: Semi-custom homes featuring elevated finishes and flexible design and structural upgrade options, such as covered porches or expanded garages.
These divisions allow Turner Homes to serve a wide range of homeowners – from first-time buyers to those looking for more customization – while maintaining the same standard of quality and service that defines our brand.
Looking Ahead
The 2025 Town Hall underscored Turner Homes’ commitment to growth, collaboration, and excellence. As we continue to expand our communities, teams, and impact, our theme reminds us that good things truly do come in three’s – and even better things are yet to come.
