Turner Homes has announced the appointment of Jennifer Brewer, CPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer. Brewer's role will support Turner Homes' continued growth across East Tennessee.
With nearly 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Brewer previously served as CFO at Schaad Companies in Knoxville. Her background also includes leadership roles at Wickam Holdings and SunCoke Energy.

"Her depth of experience in the residential real estate and development markets will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow communities across East Tennessee."
With operations in both Knoxville and Chattanooga, Turner Homes currently has homes available in seven communities, adding another this fall. Several additional communities are in active development. Home offerings range from attached townhomes to upscale, semi-custom single-family designs. All homes are professionally curated by Turner’s in-house design team, with customization options available for select pre-construction purchases.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Brewer is actively engaged in community leadership. She currently serves on the advisory board for Pellissippi State Community College and holds leadership roles at Cokesbury United Methodist Church, where she is a member of both the finance committee and the lay leadership team. Her past community involvement includes serving on boards for Knoxville’s Habitat for Humanity, as well as various local school organizations.
Brewer is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in South Carolina since 1999 and in Tennessee since 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Tennessee and also attended Queens University of Charlotte.
