Versatile Living Spaces
Located in the Farmstead community, our stunning Spruce floorplan features a 3-bedroom, 2-bath design. With a primary suite on the main floor and versatile bonus space on the second story, the plan can be customized to fit your needs.
“In this home, the addition of a covered front porch and third-car garage extend the living space and provide extra storage,” said Natalie. “On the exterior, black windows create a striking contrast to the color scheme and add an extra element of style.”
Unique Elevated Features
This luxurious primary suite bath showcases our meticulous attention to style, down to the smallest detail. In the walk-in shower, dark green zellige-style tile is installed in a vertical stack pattern and complimented by a neutral hexagon floor tile. Matte black fixtures, a freestanding soaking tub, and LED-lighted mirrors complete the design.
“Special features like tile patterns, finishes, and fixtures elevate the both the look and feel of the space, providing a spa-like retreat for the primary suite,” said Natalie.
Comfortable Open Floorplans
Our Birch floor plan features an open concept layout where bedrooms flow effortlessly into the living and dining areas through the foyer. The home provides all you need for one-level living with three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, laundry room, and an ample two-car garage.
“The thoughtful layout of the Birch provides a cozy, welcoming space filled with natural light,” said Natalie. “In this home, a gas fireplace adds both warmth and style, featuring a marble hexagon tile with a thin profile to maximize the room’s living space.”
Stylish Functional Selections
Even the functional areas of our homes provide opportunities for added beauty and style. In the laundry room of this Cedar floorplan, we added cabinets, countertops, and a sink to boost the storage and functionality of the space.
“The cabinets and matte black fixtures add color and contrast to this area. When making your selections, each of these elements can be customized to your unique style and preferences,” added Natalie.
Adaptable Designs
Many of our plans include flex rooms that can be personalized to suit your needs. The Lavender floorplan in our Terra Vista community offers a spacious basement perfect for a playroom, office, gym, home theater, or extra bedroom.
