A Home Built on Love
For Bryan and Lori Rogers, building a home isn’t just about walls and a roof—it’s about building a life together. And in the spring, they took that idea quite literally when they were married on their future homesite in our Farmstead community.
After a two-year engagement, the couple wanted their ceremony to take place somewhere deeply meaningful to them both. What better spot than the land where they’ll build their forever home?
Joined by their officiant, Bryan and Lori said “I do” on their homesite in Farmstead—marking not only the start of their marriage, but the beginning of a brand-new chapter in a space they’ll soon call their own.
Meeting in the Middle
With deep roots in the construction world—both Bryan and Lori work in contractor-based professions—the couple knew exactly what to look for in a builder. They were already familiar with Turner Homes and our reputation for quality craftsmanship, making their decision to build with us an easy one.
Their journey started when they shared their dream of building with their realtor, who quickly connected the dots: Farmstead’s convenient Lenior City location was the perfect fit. For Lori, a Sweetwater native, and Bryan, originally from Knoxville, it offered the ideal middle ground.
Nestled in Loudon County, this Summit neighborhood offers more than just convenience—it delivers a true sense of community, generous lot sizes, and multiple routes to Knoxville.
As a bonus, Farmstead is just minutes from Tellico Lake, scenic parks, and top-rated golf courses, offering endless opportunities for outdoor enjoyment and weekend adventure.
The Journey Ahead
The Rogers have selected the spacious and stylish Magnolia home plan, and this summer they’ll begin the exciting process of selecting all the features and finishes that will make their house a home. Move-in is set for early 2026, but their story is already well underway.
Congratulations to Bryan and Lori! We’re honored to be part of such a meaningful milestone, and we can’t wait to watch your dream take shape, brick by brick.
