Turner Homes obtains the necessary utility service connections for each project when the construction process begins. Those utilities remain in place throughout the project.
Please be aware that upon closing, a request should be initiated by you, the homeowner(s), with each utility company regarding the removal of Turner Homes’ responsibility for these services. This request reflects that all utilities currently in service at your property be terminated from Turner Homes’ account, and should be made no later than three (3) days after the date that the closing takes place. This includes electricity, water, sewer, gas, etc. It is imperative that you arrange for the transfer of the utilities to an account in your name prior to this date. No further notice will be provided.
